1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing the appliance repair services of Precision Sub-Zero Wolf Repair of South Denver (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

2. Services & Operating Hours
We specialize in the independent repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of premium appliances, specifically Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove.

  • Operating Hours: We operate 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Same-Day Service: We offer same-day service appointments subject to technician availability, time of the request, and current part stock. While we strive to accommodate all emergencies, same-day resolution is not guaranteed if specialized OEM parts need to be ordered.

3. Estimates and Diagnostics
A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. Upon diagnosing the appliance, our technician will provide a flat-rate estimate for the total cost of the repair (including parts and labor). No repair work will commence without your explicit authorization.

4. Warranty on Repairs
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We provide a 90-day warranty on all parts installed by our technicians and a 30-day warranty on labor. This warranty applies only to the specific part(s) replaced and the specific labor performed. It does not cover other components of the appliance that may fail independently in the future.

5. Limitation of Liability (Important)
Due to the nature of appliance failure, Precision Sub-Zero Wolf Repair of South Denver shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from appliance malfunction. This includes, but is not limited to, food spoilage, loss of perishables, water damage to flooring or cabinetry, or loss of use of the appliance. Our maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific repair service in question.

6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, the customer agrees to:

  • Ensure an adult (18 years or older) is present during the entire service visit.
  • Provide safe and clear access to the appliance requiring service.
  • Secure all pets away from the work area.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Colorado.
